David Carp, Lars Payne and I have collaborated to produce the score and parts for a new high-quality reduced orchestration of the complete Nutcracker ballet.

As veterans of the ballet world, we feel that our reduction is likely to be the one that best preserves Tchaikovsky's instrumental colors. and is the preferable way to present The Nutcracker if it is not possible to use the original orchestration.

The score and parts are accurate and digitally engraved based on Lars Payne's fine edition of the full ballet.
